Esther Calloway is the owner + lead brand ambassador for E. Calloway Management.  E.C.M. is a professional booking + talent-buying agency serving artists, creatives, festivals, brands and corporations by seeking platforms and talent that will help create longevity within the industry. We are committed to developing our clients brand through passionate,  innovative and expansive performance & talent opportunities throughout the global market.

Esther is a light-bearer and faith carrier whose soul purpose is to share the message of love and hope around the world.  She is the lucky mom to her beautiful 14-year old daughter Madison and a native Dallasite.  As the daughter of a Pentecostal pastor, she understood at a very young age that her purpose was to serve others with her God-given gifts and talents.  With Yarbrough & Peoples as the musical directors at her father’s church, there’s no wonder where her love of music came from.  

 

E. Calloway attended Midwestern State University and is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated.  She is an active member of the Grammy Recording Academy - Texas Chapter.  Esther has been a key city influencer in Dallas and surrounding cities winning new business of the year award from the DeSoto Chamber of Commerce.   As a booking agent, talent buyer, event manager and entertainment liaison for events such as Taste of DeSoto, DeSoto Living Festival, SolCharge Festival, S.I.T.S music Festival and GospelFest, E.C.M. partners with artists and organizations in obtaining one common goal, intentional success.

She has a passion for youth and believes that the most important thing in her life is ensuring that her daughter, Madison, and the daughters of this generation have the tools and confidence they need to succeed.  As executive VP of Jewels of Promise “Can Do” Girls club she helps to build and promote a healthy sense of confidence in today’s girl. She works hand in hand with team members to excite and encourage the gift that lives inside each girl while building sisterhood and true friendship.  In an industry filled with male influences, Esther continues to break down barriers for African-American women within the music business.
