o Negotiate   |   ECM negotiates rates, dates and contract specifics with venue or event for potential booking

o Coordinate |  ECM handles all the leg work of coordinating and solidifying the event with the venue or event manager.  From Stage plots, riders, soundcheck specifics and load in times.  

 

 

ONLINE PROMOTIONS MANAGEMENT

o Facebook  |  3-5 weekly posts scheduled on the clients FB page.  This will increase the artists fan engagement  

o IG  |  3-5 weekly posts scheduled on the clients IG page to promote upcoming events. 

o Twitter  |  3-5 weekly posts scheduled on the clients Twitter account to create fan engagement.  This can include interesting articles, photos, weekly quotes, or event promotions.  

 

CONTRACT NEGOTIATIONS

o If the client has already done the leg work ECM will come on as management representation to close the deal while working to get the highest rate possible for the artist
